2. Required Client Information

2.1. In order to improve the quality of services provided, speed up the processing of Client requests, provide information about the Company’s products and services, and comply with the Anti-Money Laundering Policy and the Know Your Customer Policy, the Company reserves the right to request all necessary identification documents from the Client.

2.2. The Client is responsible for ensuring that the information submitted via the registration form in the Personal Account is accurate and truthful.

2.3. The Client is also responsible for ensuring that the documents submitted during the verification process or when making any changes to personal or contact details are authentic and belong to the Client personally.

2.4. The Client consents to the inclusion of their personal data in the Company’s database.

2.5. The Company assumes full responsibility and guarantees that all information provided by the Client during registration and throughout the entire period of interaction with the Company shall not, under any circumstances, be disclosed or made accessible to third parties, except as provided in sections 4.2 and 4.3 of this document.

3. Information Security

3.1. The Company ensures the security and confidentiality of Clients’ personal data through the use of SSL technology. This technology provides for the transmission of data through a highly secure channel. As a result, the transmitted information cannot, under any circumstances, be intercepted by third parties. Additionally, within the Company, strict internal policies are enforced to limit access to Client data to a narrow circle of authorized personnel. The Company continually improves its security systems to prevent unauthorized access, implementing advanced data protection technologies.

3.2  The confidentiality of passwords, usernames, and other login information for the Personal Account and trading accounts is entirely the Client’s responsibility.

3.3  The Client bears full responsibility for all actions and transactions carried out using the username and password provided by the Company or generated by the Client.

4. Use of Personal Information

4.1. The Client grants the Company the right to process their personal data submitted to the Company, based on the terms of this Privacy Policy.

4.2. The Client agrees that their personal and contact information, as well as other personal data, may be shared with the Company’s Partners, provided those Partners uphold a high standard of data protection and confidentiality.

4.3. The Client’s personal information is not accessible to third parties. However, in exceptional cases, the Company reserves the right to disclose such information to law enforcement or regulatory authorities, in accordance with applicable laws or upon an official request based on lawful grounds.
